Zero-tolerance policy
Fellohub is committed to the safety of all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Our Standards
- Fellohub strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the platform.
- Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in all child safety investigations.
- Accounts found to violate these standards are permanently banned and cannot be re-registered.
Reporting a Concern
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately using one of the methods below.
In-app reporting
- Tap the "Report" option on any plan or user profile within the app.
- Select the relevant violation category and submit your report.
- Reports of child safety violations are reviewed immediately and prioritised above all other reports.
Report to authorities
- CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- Reports are also filed with relevant Indian authorities via cybercrime.gov.in.
Enforcement
- Accounts that violate our child safety policy are terminated immediately upon confirmation.
- All relevant data is preserved and made available to law enforcement upon lawful request.
- Fellohub will never knowingly allow a user under the age of 18 to remain on the platform.
